In this interactive workshop, you will use exercises, readings and prompts to awaken memories held deep within your body to ease your stories onto the page where you can begin to experience healing in the telling of your deepest truths.
You don’t have to be an experienced writer to join this workshop. Just come prepared to write and bring pen, notebook, laptop or whatever tool you like to write with.
