This workshop will introduce you to daily breathing exercises that will allow you to draw positive energy into your space . Through interactive activities you will understand how positive messaging can impact your life and the life of others around you. In this workshop you will be guided in creating your own affirmations and learn how to share them with others. This will be a positive experience for widowed people at any age or any stage in their widowhood.
