Greg Roman & Nancy Saltman
After living through years of widowhood, many widowed people expect to feel settled into their new life. What if you don’t? What if you are still struggling to create a life that means something to you?
Most widowed people expect at some point that they will learn to live a new normal. But what really is a new normal? Presented from both the male and female points of view, Greg Roman, widowed for 14 years, and Nancy Saltzman, widowed for over 20, will discuss their individual journeys through grief, their similarities and differences as well as the obstacles faced as they’ve each made their own way to living a full and happy life. In this workshop participants will discover practical strategies for moving forward with acceptance, overcoming challenges, and exploring new opportunities.
