At Camp Widow™ we create a community of people who understand the life altering experience of widowhood. We laugh, we learn, we listen, and we hope in an uplifting and positive atmosphere….where fun is not only okay, but encouraged.
Our Camp Widow East™ program will be held at the Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort and Spa at Grand Dunes in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina from April 20-22, 2012.
Camp Widow West™ 2012 will be held at the San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina in San Diego, California from August 10-12, 2012.

*When registering with a group, please provide group name. You can create your own group by signing up with four or more campers, for group name in this case list the last names of your group members.
*One day registration does not include any social event or dining options. This option includes attendance at the keynote address, access to our bookstore, and four workshop selections on Saturday only.
Camp Widow West™ 2012 Registration
Camp Widow West™ 2012 will be held at the beautiful San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina in San Diego, California from August 10-12, 2012. Your full registration fee includes the option to attend our Introductory workshops on Friday, one ticket to the Friday evening Welcome Reception; a fabulous send off at the Saturday morning keynote address; a choice of four workshops on Saturday from our selection of presentations designed to address the specific needs of the widowed community; access to our event bookstore; one ticket to the Soaring Spirits Semi-formal Award Banquet featuring a three course dinner that includes a photo booth, a cash bar, and a chance to celebrate the connections made over this unique weekend; the opportunity to run or walk in our Fourth Annual Widow Dash 5K, and one ticket to our farewell breakfast buffet.
*Accommodations are not included, but we do have a group room rate of $209 per night, double occupancy. We also have a roommate list available if you wish to defray costs by sharing a room with another camper.

Camp Widow East™ 2012
Camp Widow™ welcomes anyone who has lost a life partner to participate in this program. We are an inclusive, non-denominational organization focused on hope and healing through the grieving process. Camp Widow™ is a program of the Soaring Spirits Loss Foundation.
Cancellation policy: If you are unable to attend Camp Widow for any reason after your paid registration has been processed, please send a written request for refund to contact@sslf.org. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt, and are subject to the following cancellation fees:
Up to six months before event: $25
Six to three months before event: $50
Three months to two weeks before event: $100
Due to planning requirements refunds will not be issued within two weeks of event start date.
SSLF and the Camp Widow Program cannot be held liable for cancellation due to acts of nature, or other major events that are out of our control.
