At Camp Widow® we create a community of people who understand the life altering experience of widowhood. We laugh, we learn, we listen, and we hope in an uplifting and positive atmosphere….where fun is not only okay, but encouraged.
Camp Widow West® 2013 will be held at the San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina in San Diego, California from June 28-30, 2013.
Our Camp Widow East® 2014 program will be held at a new location in Tampa, Florida! We are excited about welcoming you to the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina. Camp Widow East® will be held from March 7-9, 2014. This location will be easier to get to, and the weekend will be held earlier in the year! We hope to see you at our new location in 2014!
Individual Registration: $375
Group registration: $325
**The group registration rate is available to returning campers; anyone associated with any Soaring Spirits program; any member of Widows Wear Stilettos, the Liz Logelin Foundation, the American Widow Project, Acts of Simple Kindness (ASK), anyone associated with one of our speakers, or any hospice organizations; and to any group of four of more campers who are attending camp as a group**
*When registering with a group, please provide group name. You can create your own group by signing up with four or more campers, for group name in this case list the last names of your group members.
International registration: $300
One day registration: $125 (workshops and expo access only)
*One day registration does not include any social event or dining options. This option includes attendance at the keynote address, access to our bookstore, and four workshop selections on Saturday only.

Camp Widow East® 2014 Registration
Camp Widow East® 2014 will be held at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina from March 7-9, 2014. Your full registration fee will include the option to attend our Introductory workshops on Friday, one ticket to the Friday evening Welcome Reception; a fabulous send off at the Saturday morning keynote address; a choice of four workshops on Saturday from our selection of presentations designed to address the specific needs of the widowed community; access to our event bookstore; one ticket to the Soaring Spirits Semi-formal Award Banquet featuring a three course dinner that includes a photo booth, a cash bar, and a chance to celebrate the connections made over this unique weekend, and one ticket to our farewell breakfast buffet.
*Accommodations are not included, group rate will be announced once location is booked. We will also have a roommate list available if you wish to defray costs by sharing a room with another camper.

Camp Widow West® 2013
Camp Widow® welcomes anyone who has lost a life partner to participate in this program. We are an inclusive, non-denominational organization focused on hope and healing through the grieving process. Camp Widow® is a program of the Soaring Spirits Loss Foundation.
Cancellation policy: If you are unable to attend Camp Widow® for any reason after your paid registration has been processed, please send a written request for refund to contact@sslf.org. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt, and are subject to the following cancellation fees:
Up to six months before event: $25
Six to three months before event: $50
Three months to two weeks before event: $100
Due to planning requirements refunds will not be issued within two weeks of event start date.
Soaring Spirits and the Camp Widow® Program cannot be held liable for cancellation due to acts of nature, or other major events that are out of our control.
