Soaring Spirits is EXCITED and proud to be founding the Soaring Spirits Resilience Center at Schreiner University! This unique partnership between a non-profit organization focused on grief recovery and a university with a focus on resilience will facilitate ground-breaking work in both the grief recovery and resilience fields of study. There is so much news to share; we’d love for you to join us as we answer these questions and many more!
- What is the purpose of the center?
- What part will each entity play in the work done through the center?
- How will the research done through the Soaring Spirits community be used to meet the goals set out for the center?
- Who will benefit from the work done at the center?
Join Soaring Spirits’ Director Michele Neff Hernandez and Soaring Spirits Director of Research, Dr. Carrie West, to learn about the goals of the SS Resilience Center, the history of this unique partnership, the mission and future of the center and also learn how you can get involved in this awesome project!
We’ll give you a behind the scenes peek at the center’s work, share some little known facts about the center (with photos!), and wrap you up in our enthusiasm for the goals we’ve set for the next five years!
If you’ve been wondering what all the fuss is about in regards to the Soaring Spirits Resilience Center, join us, we can’t wait to tell you all about this unique and powerful work!
