Do you remember your dreams before you were married? My life changed forever the day I lost my spouse.  I loved the dynamics of our family and enjoyed special times with them. I never would have imagined losing my husband at the age of 24. I was truly distraught and insecure of what direction to turn. Prior to marriage I had dreams and aspirations however in the mist of it all my dreams faded. After my husband’s death, I had to begin again.

In order to create a new life, you must first grieve the life you shared with your spouse or partner. Grieving really is the first step to creating a new life. Before Picasso created his beautiful paintings he had to start with a blank canvas. This workshop will help you understand the many ‘stages’ of grief, and share tools that will assist you in self-advocacy, self-care and crafting realistic goals for your future. What will you create on your beautiful canvas? You can be the next Picasso when it comes to creating your new life. Anything is possible! There is hope after loss; I am living proof!
